Article 1. Introduction

Welcome to Mythic・STAR.

Mythic・STAR is a dialogue space designed to help users reconnect with their own words, thoughts, and feelings.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions governing the use of Mythic・STAR (the “Service”) between users and the operator of Mythic・STAR (the “Operator”).

By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 2. Nature of the Service

Mythic・STAR is a service designed to support users in deepening dialogue with themselves and reflecting on their own thoughts and feelings.

The Service does not provide medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice.

The Service does not recommend or instruct users to make any specific decision, take any specific action, or adopt any particular values or beliefs.

The Service respects each user’s own thoughts, feelings, and decisions.

Article 3. Eligibility

Users may use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

The Service is intended for users aged 25 and older.

Persons under the age of 25 may not use the Service.

The Operator may restrict eligibility to use the Service when reasonably necessary.

Article 4. Description of the Service

Mythic・STAR is a service that uses the user’s birth data and other information provided by the user to create a personalized environment for a one-month dialogue with AI.

Through this dialogue, the Service is intended to support users in deepening their self-understanding and finding their own words.

Article 5. Account Registration

Users must complete account registration, identity verification, and any other procedures required by the Operator before using the Service.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

Users are responsible for appropriately managing their registration information and any information required to access their account.

Article 6. AI Dialogue

The Service includes responses generated by artificial intelligence.

AI is used to provide dialogue that may support users in deepening their thinking and self-understanding.

AI has technical limitations, and the Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

Users use the Service based on their own judgment and responsibility.

Article 7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

Violating any applicable law or regulation
Defaming, harassing, or threatening another person
Impersonating another person
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
Using the Service for unlawful or improper purposes
Supporting, encouraging, or facilitating self-harm or suicide
Any other conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate

Article 8. Intellectual Property Rights

The name “Mythic・STAR” is protected as a trademark owned by the Operator.

Logos, designs, text, images, and other materials used in connection with the Service are protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws and regulations.

Users may not use, reproduce, republish, or distribute such materials without authorization beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 9. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Service

The Operator may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service when necessary.

The Service may become unavailable due to system maintenance, communication failures, natural disasters, or other circumstances.

Article 10. Disclaimer

The Operator will make reasonable efforts to provide the Service in a stable manner.

However, the Operator will not be liable for damages arising from communication failures, system failures, failures of external services, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.

The Operator is not responsible for AI-generated responses, users’ interpretations of those responses, users’ decisions or actions, or the consequences of such decisions or actions.

Any decisions or actions taken by users based on information obtained through the Service are made at the user’s own responsibility.

Article 11. Suspension or Termination of Use

If a user violates these Terms, the Operator may suspend the user’s access to the Service or delete the user’s account without prior notice.

Article 12. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms when necessary.

Any revised Terms will become effective when they are published through the Service.

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator as the court of first instance.
