Please read the following information carefully before purchasing Mythic・STAR.

1. Purchase and Renewal

Mythic・STAR is offered as a one-time purchase.

There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to use the service again after your access period ends, a new purchase is required.

2. What Happens After Purchase

Purchasing the service does not provide immediate access to the AI chat.

After payment, you will be asked to submit your birth data and any additional information you choose to provide for your personalized setup.

Once the required information has been received, Mythic・STAR will prepare your personalized setup. Please allow up to 3 days for this process.

When your personalized setup is ready, Mythic・STAR will send a service-start notification to the email address registered to your account.

3. Your One-Month Access Period

Your one-month access period begins on the date and at the time when Mythic・STAR sends the service-start notification to the email address registered to your account.

The access period does not begin on the date of purchase.

The date and time the notification is sent will be treated as the start of your access period regardless of whether or when you open or read the email.

If you are unable to confirm the notification due to an incorrect registered email address, email reception settings, spam filtering, or similar circumstances on your side, the start date and time of your access period will not be changed.

However, if Mythic・STAR confirms that the notification was not properly sent due to an error on our side, this rule will not apply.

4. Please Check Your Birth Data Carefully

Please review all birth data carefully before submitting it.

Submitted birth data is treated as final.

If information submitted by you is incorrect and must later be corrected, your personalized setup will need to be created again. A separate paid reconfiguration will therefore be required.

This applies even if you notice the error shortly after submission.

If a correction is required because of an error made by Mythic・STAR, it will be corrected at no additional charge.

Please do not guess information you do not know, including your time of birth.

5. Information You May Choose to Provide

In addition to your birth data, you may voluntarily provide information that you would like Mythic・STAR to consider when preparing your personalized setup.

This may include, for example:

• results from self-understanding tools such as CliftonStrengths

• family structure or relationships

• occupation or professional background

• other personal information you choose to provide in free-text form

Please provide only information that you are comfortable sharing and that is relevant to your own dialogue experience.

6. Third-Party Information

Please submit only your own personal and birth information unless Mythic・STAR specifically offers a third-party profile option and you have purchased that option.

If a third-party profile option is available, you must have the appropriate authority or permission to provide that person's information.

Do not enter another person's personal or birth information outside the designated third-party profile process.

7. Chat History

Chat history is available only as part of your active dialogue experience.

Chat history is not retained after your one-month access period ends and cannot be restored afterward.

If there are messages, insights, or passages you wish to keep, please save them yourself during your access period.

8. Retention of Your Personalized Setup

Your personalized setup information, including the birth data and other information you provided for that setup, will be retained for 180 days after your access period ends.

If you purchase Mythic・STAR again within those 180 days, your existing personalized setup may be reused.

Your previous chat history will not be restored.

After the 180-day retention period ends, the retained personalized setup information will be deleted in accordance with the Mythic・STAR Privacy Policy.

9. Your Account Is Personal

Your Mythic・STAR account and personalized chat environment are for your individual use only.

Do not share your:

• password

• verification codes

• login credentials

• account access

with anyone else.

10. Privacy and Terms

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Mythic・STAR Privacy Policy.

Use of Mythic・STAR is also subject to the Terms of Use.

By purchasing the service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable Purchase & Setup Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
