1. Introduction
Mythic・STAR (the “Service”) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to handling personal information appropriately.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information and usage information are handled in connection with the Service.
2. Information We Collect
(1) Account Registration Information
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Internal member identifier
(2) Birth Data
After a paid service is purchased, we collect the following information directly from the user in order to prepare the personalized setup:
• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth
(3) Information Voluntarily Provided by the User
Users may voluntarily provide information to help prepare their personalized setup or to serve as reference for the dialogue experience. This may include:
• Results from self-understanding tools such as CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder)
• Family structure and relationships
• Optional demographic information, such as gender
• Personal or professional background
• Other information provided by the user in free-text form
In this Privacy Policy, the birth data described in (2) and the information voluntarily provided by the user described in (3) are collectively referred to as “Personalized Setup Information.”
If the Service offers an optional feature for adding a third-party profile, we may collect birth data and other information necessary for the personalized setup of that third party from the user who purchases and uses the option. Before entering a third party’s information, the user must obtain any consent necessary to provide that information to the Service.

(4) Dialogue Information
• Content entered by the user in the AI chat
• Responses generated by the AI
• Dialogue summaries or similar information created, to the extent necessary, to support continuity of the dialogue during the active access period
(5) Payment Information
Information necessary to process payment for paid services.
Payments are processed through the Wix checkout and payment-related services such as Stripe. Payment information such as credit or debit card numbers is managed by the relevant payment service provider and is not directly retained by the Operator.

• Browser information
• Date and time of use
• Technical information such as cookies
3. Purposes of Use
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
• Providing the Service
• Preparing and managing each user’s AI dialogue environment using Personalized Setup Information
• Providing AI dialogue personalized for each user
• Providing continuity of the dialogue experience during the active access period
• Reusing Personalized Setup Information when the Service is purchased again within 180 days
• Identity verification
• Responding to inquiries
• Preventing unauthorized or fraudulent use
• Operating and improving the Service
• Security measures
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Understanding general user demographics and service usage trends in aggregate form
4. Handling of Dialogue Content
Mythic・STAR values providing a space where users can place their own words and feelings with a sense of security.
To support a continuous dialogue experience, dialogue content and information necessary to maintain continuity may be stored during the active access period, but only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This information is used only to support the dialogue experience and provide the Service during that period.
Chat history and information such as summaries created from dialogue content are not retained after the one-month access period ends and will be deleted. After the access period has ended, past chat history cannot be viewed or restored. If there are messages or passages you wish to keep, please save them yourself during your access period.
As part of normal service operations, the Operator does not operate the Service for the purpose of identifying individual users and viewing or analyzing their dialogue content. However, where necessary for troubleshooting, prevention of unauthorized use, security response, compliance with laws and regulations, or other purposes necessary to provide the Service, the Operator may review information only to the minimum extent necessary. Dialogue content will not be made public. Processing of information by external services is described in Section 7.
5. Retention of Information
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the one-month access period begins on the date and at the time when Mythic・STAR sends the service-start notification to the email address registered to the user’s account.
The Service manages account registration information, Personalized Setup Information, and dialogue information during the active access period to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Personalized Setup Information (birth data and information voluntarily provided by the user for the personalized setup) is retained for 180 days after the end of the access period. If the Service is purchased again within those 180 days, the retained Personalized Setup Information may be reused to resume the Service.
Chat history and information such as summaries created from dialogue content are not retained after the access period ends and will not be restored when the Service is purchased again.
Personalized Setup Information will be deleted after 180 days have elapsed from the end of the access period, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or other handling of their registration information to the extent provided by applicable law.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by applicable law, the Operator will not provide a user’s personal information to a third party without the user’s consent.
Transmission and processing of information by external services necessary to provide the Service are described in Section 7.
7. Use of External Services
The Service uses the following external services for its operation:
• OpenAI: generation of AI responses and provision of AI dialogue functionality
• Wix: website hosting and operation, member features, checkout, and service infrastructure
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google Workspace: operational communications, inquiry handling, and other business administration
To generate AI responses, a portion of the user’s input and Personalized Setup Information may be transmitted to OpenAI to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Information may also be processed by other external services to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Information collected or managed by these external services is subject to the privacy policies of the respective service providers.
8. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to provide login functions, ensure proper site operation, prevent unauthorized use, and implement security measures.
Users may restrict or disable cookies through their browser settings. However, disabling cookies may prevent some features of the Service from functioning properly.
9. Information Security
The Operator takes reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, leakage, loss, alteration, and similar risks.
The Service also uses external services such as Wix, OpenAI, Google Workspace, and Stripe and operates under the security measures provided by those service providers.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic data storage is 100% secure. Security also depends in part on the user’s own device and usage environment. The Service therefore takes reasonable measures to manage information securely but cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. User Rights
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or other handling of their personal information.
We will respond within a reasonable scope except where we are unable to do so under applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Operator may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary.
Any revised Privacy Policy will become effective when it is published through the Service.
